purchasing a home than locating the right house. A typical real estate transaction
contains many components such as signing contracts, negotiating repair limits, qualifying for homestead exemptions, scheduling building, termite, & mold inspections, and a myriad of other details that can prove difficult and confusing without the proper guidance of an experienced professional.

I have been helping people buy and sell houses for over five years and have over $22 million in real estate sales experience. As an original native to Florida, I graduated from Stetson University with a bachelor’s degree in English and in 2004 completed my MBA at UCF.

For the majority of my career I have worked with both buyers and sellers, but the creation of the Absolute Realty Group, Inc. has now allowed me the pleasure of concentrating on my favorite aspect of real estate—Home Buyers—while my partner, Greg Mann, is then able to specialize in listing and selling homes. By focusing on only one aspect of real estate, I hope to raise the bar on the way buyers view real estate service and to make purchasing a home with Absolute Realty Group an unparalleled experience of professionalism.
